BEGINNING: Why would anyone want creativity?

That’s right, the skill we’re talking about is creativity. I will tell you Why I said the world wants it, How to be creative, and What exactly creativity is.

You will solve many problems.

Life is about solving problems. Every day, you’ll encounter difficulties. If you’re working on a project, you have to develop an exciting feat to impress your teacher. If you are solving a social problem, you will often have to create an innovative solution. If you’re going to work in a marketing team in the future, you will also have to develop a new way to build your strategy. You will continue encountering these situations throughout your life. You will always need to see things from a different perspective, think outside the box, and come up with an idea — perhaps an innovative one, to solve those problems. All of these abilities require creativity.

You will hurt a lot less when you fall.

Creativity can help you feel more resilient when you fail. You will look for opportunities in the failure or seek a lesson from the story, asking yourself, → “What can I learn from this situation?” instead of feeling discouraged or resentful. By giving you a growth mindset, creativity will allow you to make every day — failures and success, an opportunity for growth, allowing you to keep improving no matter what. And you will grow faster than you think.

You will work less.

As I mentioned earlier, creativity is the ability to come up with an innovative solution. In many cases, you can use creativity to help you work smarter, not harder.

How to be creative?

After all, creativity is not identical for everyone. We all have different ideas about what creativity means.

Creative is something you can unlock.

Yes. You heard me right. Even though creativity seems like talent, everyone has creativity in themselves already. It’s only waiting for the day you’re ready to use it. All you have to do is treat it right.

Meditation

Many studies show that meditation helps improve your mental health, and creativity is not an exception. It will boost the alpha wave in your brain and cause you to be more focused. Meditation also develops the ability to track your mind during the day, releasing stress and strengthening your emotional awareness, which leads to overall better creativity whenever you want to use it.

Biological Clock

The best way to train your creativity is to know when to do it. I suggest you learn about the biological clock. I have tried to improve my creativity and habits using this knowledge. It works out for me. Here are some resources I recommend you check out:

Being a creative person is not beyond your control. I suggest you try not to run away from the problem, but rather deal with it. Try using your creativity as much as you can. You will thank yourself for it later.
